Confidential Philanthropic Client Office Fitout

This philanthropic client wished to modify the environment of their 20,000 square foot workplace to better suit the evolving collaborative culture and growing population of young talent. IKM worked closely with their project team through the programming and design phases, utilizing our unique collaborative process to understand how best to achieve the client’s goals. The new space features an open concept café and soft seating for impromptu conversations.

A large boardroom was designed to hold more formal meetings. Updated technology was incorporated throughout to support virtual collaboration. The renovation creates a safe and secure workplace while encouraging employees to interact in a variety of open areas distributed throughout the office.

. This project met with several scheduling challenges due to the time needed for building and procurement of furniture, as well as consideration of the current lease period. The client took advantage of the renovation as an opportunity to incorporate a new branding effort that IKM was able to thoughtfully showcase.
