Emerging Professional

  • Seeking enthusiastic professionals that are on the path to licensure (1-3 years of experience)

Architect I & II Roles

  • Seeking enthusiastic professionals that have 5-8 years of professional experience
  • Healthcare and Science & Technology experience a plus
  • Solid technical foundation in the building sciences that leads to an understanding of how buildings go together and how to effectively document that process
  • Ability to lead projects from schematic design through construction administration
  • Ability to coordinate staff to achieve outstanding results
  • Responsible for design and technical underpinning of assigned projects, including investigate, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meet our design aspirations and the client’s goals
  • Commitment to deliver outstanding results at every step of the delivery process
  • Responsible for project specifications including data gathering and analysis
  • Knowledge of local and regional jurisdictional authority and code requirements (including NFPA, IBC, FGI, and other codes or standards of care)
  • Current registration required
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture (professional degree) is required. Degree must be from an accredited school of architecture

Project Manager Role

  • Seeking enthusiastic professionals that have 8+ years of project management experience
  • Lead projects through all phases of development.
  • Drive overall client satisfaction through effective use of pull planning and other lean process tools
  • Facilitate design sessions and, “Big Room,” workshops with stakeholders to gain consensus on project vision and guiding principles
  • Analyze and design architecture to support program vision
  • Prepares work-plans for project success
  • Works with project team to prepare and present design solutions to design leadership and client
  • Ability to communicate with and coordinate with consultants
  • Lead the development of project work plans and schedule development, including fee and budget analysis
  • Be a strong advocate for the Client’s design, financial, and schedule goals for the project
  • Participate in negotiating and development of contractual agreements with the Owner and consulting team members
  • Coordinate and participate with business development team members for the pursuit of new opportunities
  • Implement quality control and technical assurance protocols
  • Establish transparent communication protocols, to assure well-coordinated documentation of the project
  • Mentor younger staff within the project team
  • Knowledge of local and regional jurisdictional authority and code requirements (including NFPA, IBC, FGI, and other codes or standards of care)
  • Must possess the ability to apply critical thinking, influencing strategies and decision making within a team structure
  • Current registration required

Interior Designer Entry Level and Level I Roles

  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in an architect’s office creating interior architecture
  • Experience in development of interior construction documents and details
  • Works with project team and client to develop interior finish concept and strategy
  • Responsible for space planning as it relates to the interior architecture and conceptual design approach
  • Strong working knowledge of finish materials, maintenance and service requirements of finish materials, and appropriate substrates needed to support finish systems
  • Responsible for all elements of design and documentation of interior architecture
  • Participates in the development of specifications relating to CSI Divisions 6, 9, 10, and 12, and other sections as the design intent suggests
  • Reviews submittals and shop drawings pertaining to finishes, casework, and other elements of interior architecture
  • Provides mentoring for less experienced designers
  • Verifies specification of sustainable products and materials
  • Access to and development of extensive finish library
  • Responsible for building relationships with outside product representatives
  • Pathway to NCIDQ certification developed and supported
