The principals, including John Schrott, AIA, ACHA, President, and Michael McDonnell, AIA, COO, and several staff of IKM Incorporated joined more than 400 AIA Pittsburgh supporters at the August Wilson Center in Downtown Pittsburgh Wednesday evening October 26, 2011, to celebrate, recognize, and honor excellence in architecture and design.

It has been previously designated by the American Institute of Architects as one of the two hundred significant architectural projects throughout the history of the United States.
