IKM Architecture Moves to Larger Office in Columbus’ Short North Arts District

Columbus, OH – June 12, 2025: IKM Architecture is excited to announce the relocation of our Columbus office to a larger space in the Short North Arts District. The move marks a significant milestone in our ongoing investment in the region and reflects the firm’s strategic growth and commitment to better serving our clients and partners across Central Ohio.

“Columbus continues to be a key market for IKM,” said Tami Greene, President. “This new space not only supports our growing team, but strengthens our long-term vision, allowing us to deepen partnerships in healthcare, science and technology, higher education, and workplace sectors.”

The new office doubles the capacity of our previous location and features upgraded technology, better natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to an outdoor workspace for warmer months. Designed to support hybrid collaboration, the layout fosters interdisciplinary teamwork and reflects IKM’s design-forward culture and community-focused values.

Located at 875 N High Street, Suite 300, in the heart of the Short North Arts District, the new office is just minutes from key partners, including The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, and OhioHealth — reinforcing our commitment to staying connected to the communities we serve.

The Columbus team includes Project Manager Nino Samardzic, Project Architect Jon Hoag, and Project Designer Connor Lindsay, with regular collaboration from colleagues in IKM’s Pittsburgh and Cleveland offices. This expansion allows us to accommodate our growing team to better support clients throughout the region.

IKM first opened its Columbus office in 2023 to strengthen our presence in Ohio. With this move, we continue to build on our legacy of responsive, impactful design in a space that reflects who we are and where we’re headed. As our team continues to grow, we look forward to welcoming clients and partners into our new home.
