IKM is honored to have been named a 2023 EPiC Firm for the 6th consecutive year! This designation acknowledges IKM’s commitment to the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) to help develop the next generation of architects.
Each year, AIA Pennsylvania and the AIA PA Emerging Professionals Committee (EPiC) recognize firms for their support and development of emerging professionals (EP) who are preparing to take their Architect Registration Exam (ARE) to obtain their architecture license. Firms are assessed based on firm culture which includes leadership and professional development, career advancement opportunities, and commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
